AI workflow coaching for B2B sales

More signal, less noise.

Signal Driven is an AI workflow coaching practice for B2B sales teams. Three focused sessions, spaced one to two weeks apart, turn account research, meeting prep, proposals, and competitive intel into repeatable processes the team can run on its own.

AI creates noise. The work is finding the signal.

01

How it works

Three 90-minute virtual sessions, spaced one to two weeks apart. Between sessions the team tests its new workflows on live deals, with the results turning into the next session's agenda.

Session One

Build it

A hands-on session built around real deals from the current pipeline. The team leaves with its first workflows and an assignment to run them on live accounts.

Session Two

Refine it

The session opens with what held up and what fell apart in the field. Workflows get repaired against real usage. The team then builds the next set, coached on where AI output can be trusted.

Session Three

Own it

The team documents its full toolkit: prompts, processes, and templates. The session closes with the team's plan to keep improving it, and the option to bring Signal Driven back as the tools change.

02

Who it's for

Made for small B2B sales teams, roughly two to ten people, selling complex solutions. Teams where everyone covers more than one role, and the research and prep that wins deals keeps getting squeezed out.

Many teams already experiment with AI, but the experiments never settle into a routine the whole team can rely on. Signal Driven closes that gap.

Where to start

The Workflow Diagnostic is a focused engagement for teams that want a clear picture before committing to anything larger.

The diagnostic starts with a short intake, then a 90-minute session with the sales lead and one or two sellers. The session maps where the team's hours actually go and identifies the two or three workflows most worth improving. Within a week the team receives a concise written brief: prioritized opportunities, tools and data handling considerations, and a recommended sequence.

If the workshop series is the right next step, the diagnostic fee is credited in full toward it. If it is not, the brief says so plainly. Teams that already know which workflows they need can skip the diagnostic and start with the workshop series.

Founder & Principal

Shawn Demerjian has spent his career around B2B sales from every side: the operations and research that feed a sales team, the customer success work that makes adoption stick, and the quota-carrying front line. Close to two decades of that work has lived in and around market intelligence, which sharpens the part AI gets wrong most often. Account research and competitive intelligence are where it produces confident but shaky output, and where knowing how sound research gets built keeps the speed honest.

Signal Driven turns that experience into a three-session workshop that leaves a team with AI workflows it can rely on and keep using on its own. If that sounds like what your team needs, the next step is a short conversation.
